​In my capacity as Master Black Belt for JLR Electrical Engineering I have had the good fortune to work with Peter Dobrijevic on many extremely complex projects.  He is insightful and quick to identify the issues requiring attention. Over the years I have enjoyed working with him as an accomplished Black Belt and then Master Black Belt.
I’ve always found Peter to be an engaging and enthusiastic 6-Sigma advocate; keen to apply the tools and techniques to maximum effect, not only to find root cause, but also as an effective communication tool to convince key stakeholders to take the necessary action to fix the issue in hand and prevent it’s re-occurrence.

As a consultant I have supported the automotive supplier KOSTAL for many years in implementing and maintaining their production system. During this period, we also implemented the KOSTAL Production System (KPS) in their subsidiary in the UK, and David was the project leader with whom I worked with for many years.

David’s role has been to prepare the organisation for implementing the KPS, train all employees, lead implementation activities and even to overcome implementation resistance. Working with David I experienced his strong capabilities in planning and following the project activities, preparing and conducting training sessions as well as supporting his colleagues in adopting to the new procedures. 

By his colleagues and supervisors David has been seen as a competent, supportive and committed project leader who is driving the implementation to success. Working with me personally I appreciated his professional and open communication style, which allowed me to trust him under any circumstances.
